i like the expressions. Both sides still look similar in my opinion, the only change is the expression. Maybe the horns instead could be pointing up for one, and down for the other, but's it's just my opinion.
The idea is quite unique imo. LOL. I think for some shadows should have higher contrast esp. for your painting style. Centralized your character if you're gonna have a plain bg.
Again nice body proportion haha..our drawing lecturer will be so proud of his students..lol Like the idea, the cloth on his ( or their? ) waist look a bit flat..try adding more folds or different variety of shadow and highlight might help=)
